Job Title: Manager - Business Finance

Job Summary:
The Business Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning
support to business units to drive financial performance and business outcomes. This role will partner closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
o Providing financial insights to support decision-making.
o Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and
long-term planning.
o Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
o Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable
insights.
o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
o Monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets.
o Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
o Conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
• Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in similar industry is a plus
