WKND (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position is responsible for a variety of insert molding assembly and processing tasks.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Operates and sets-up insert molding machines.
2. Identifies molding defects, makes process adjustments and ensures product meets quality standards.
3. Operates equipment at or above reasonable expectancy levels.
4. Completes paperwork.
5. Inspects parts visually and using measuring tools; documents results and ensures compliance to drawings and specifications; performs testing of products, as required.
6. Ensures that work areas, machines and equipment are safe, clean and orderly.
7. Assists in the training of new Insert Molding Operators, as requested.
8. Working overtime may be required for this position.
9. Performs other related assembly and processing tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education equivalent to a high school diploma and six months of related experience.
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Ability to follow oral instructions.
Detail oriented.
Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring some fine motor skills.
Demonstrated effective communication skills.
Capable of rotating through the insert molding process.
