Job Description
- Handling production shift, Daily management of SQCD targets & deviation management
- Implementation of shop-floor standards - SFMC , 14Q, 5S, TPM, 4M change management
- Conducting process confirmation for sustenance of shopfloor standards
- Manpower planning & management of Temporary workforce, Establishing Shopfloor discipline, Involve BC for SFC, Idea management, etc.Active involvement in projects related to FPY, Quality, Defect cost & productivity through systematic Problem solving approach
- Effective utilization of resources, Scrap management
- Supports in Implementation of S-CIP projects & i4.0 solutions, Use cases
- Responsible to steer the value stream digitally real time with i4.0 solutions
- Responsible to execute BPS elements for Maturity level improvement
- Involvement of Blue collar employees in shop floor activities, Quality circle, Shop floor mentor and link between Associates and Mgt.
- Identify training needs & ensure necessary training for temporary employees
- Responsible for leading implementation of S-CIP actions & conduct Point CIP, as Agile memebr
Qualifications
B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, Indistrial Engineering)
