Job Description
Job & responsiblities
- Responsible for sales & project management for the following OEM’s
- Maruti Suzuki India Limited
- Suzuki Motor Gujrat
- Aligning with Regional Customer team Manager (RCT) for Suzuki.
- Support Pre-selling activities aligned with Sales & CPJM team of CSU-IN.
- Manage planned activities with CFT’s ( Sales / Calibration/Hardware & Software) through defined project reviews & meeting customer milestones for Japan project
- Consolidation of customer trends and requirements, market activities and competitor information; Volume planning and price planning, in collaboration with Sales team.
- Lead Project cost calculation , create customer quote letter according to customer-template (legal entity) incl. dual signature till customer negotiations and conclusions within released "bottom line" (product price, application/calibration costs, tooling, logistics, samples etc.)
- Lead Sample & plant coordination topic for all EC project IND & Japan.
- Ensure the deployment of Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.)
- Good team player and work across the CFT’s both in India and Japan.
- Support change request management along with sales team including internal Stake holder and customer via driving customer specific tools.
- Support launch management topics for Sales and CPJM.
- Handling of general / non-project specific customer requirements (quality, logistics and customer norms).
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering , at least 1+ years experience in automotive sales.
- Preferably having JOEM experience .
- Sales / business development / key account management background.
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, engaging and self-confident personality.
- Has a flair for analytical thinking and developing strategies.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Automotive domain knowledge.
