- We’ll look to you deliver transformation projects to agreed timelines and budget, and drive innovation and efficiencies within the Legal, Governance & Regulatory Affairs function

What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be planning and managing the delivery of transformation projects across the function and sharing progress updates on roadmaps and MI with senior stakeholders. You’ll be tracking projects against budget, making sure key milestones are met and stakeholders are kept updated, and helping to identify and deliver a portfolio of transformation opportunities.
In addition to this, you’ll be:
- Liaising with key stakeholders, external suppliers and other strategic partners
- Engaging with team heads across the business to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies through innovation and technology
- Driving data-led insights and analytics to optimise departmental efficiency, reduce cost and enhance service delivery
- Helping to manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including our technology function, external vendors, law firms, ALSPs and consultancy firms
- Making sure that supplier relationships are managed in accordance with governance requirements
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with project, legal technology, data and budget management experience, together with a track record of delivery.
You’ll also need:
- Strong knowledge of the bank and its risk, project and governance processes
- Experience with the legal, corporate governance or regulatory affairs markets and their evolving challenges
- The ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendors
- Excellent analytical abilities
