  • Apply a product mindset to assess ideas for user need, market opportunity, strategic fit, and feasibility.

  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.

  • Reimagine business processes through the lens of AI and human collaboration to identify high-value innovation opportunities.

  • Prepare decision-ready materials for Innovation Council review, including prioritization inputs and value framing.

  • Help improve the innovation intake process by building better tools, templates, and evaluation frameworks.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in digital transformation, AI product development, or enterprise technology strategy.

  • Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both executive and operational audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience shaping AI-enabled products, workflows, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • A track record of turning ambiguous ideas into prioritized, actionable innovation opportunities.

  • Familiarity with willingness-to-pay analysis, value quantification, or investment readiness frameworks.

  • Experience building or improving innovation intake, triage, or governance processes.

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to balance creative thinking and business rigor.

Why join our team:
