WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Innovation Architect to be a key driver of technological advancement and strategic growth within our organization. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that align with business goals, leveraging emerging technologies to create new opportunities and improve operational efficiency. The Innovation Architect will work cross-functionally to lead innovation initiatives, pilot programs, and organizational change to ensure EOS IT Solutions remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Strategic Innovation Planning
    • Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Develop and execute long-term strategies to integrate emerging technologies into business processes.
  • Technology and Trend Scouting
    • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, blockchain, and cloud solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to apply advanced technologies to solve business challenges or create new services.
  • Solution Design and Implementation
    • Architect and design scalable, sustainable, and adaptable solutions to address complex business problems.
    • Lead the development and implementation of prototypes and pilot programs.
  • Innovation Lab Leadership
    • Oversee innovation labs and experimental programs to test new concepts.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive innovation projects.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Change Management and Training
    • Lead change management efforts to integrate new technologies and processes effectively.
    • Provide training and upskilling for teams on new tools and methodologies.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Define success metrics for innovation projects and measure their impact.
    • Continuously analyze and refine strategies to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Present innovation initiatives, prototypes, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Develop business cases to secure funding and buy-in for innovation projects.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, product development, R&D, or a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their business applications.
    • Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions.
    • Familiarity with agile development, design thinking, and lean innovation methodologies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
    • Experience defining and tracking key performance metrics for innovation projects.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated flexibility in managing shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
