Vi söker en proaktiv och noggrann inköpare som kan säkerställa ett effektivt flöde av råmaterial och förbrukningsvaror, för att därmed stödja en oavbruten produktion och utmärkt kundservice. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta nära leverantörer och tvärfunktionella team för att optimera lager-, inköps- och leveranskedjeprocesser, samtidigt som du driver ett kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.
ResponsibilitiesDina ansvarsområden
• Hantera inköp av råmaterial och förbrukningsvaror för att möta produktions- och verksamhetsbehov.
• Analysera efterfrågeprognoser och MRP-underlag samt vidta lämpliga inköpsåtgärder för att säkerställa materialtillgång och bibehålla optimala lagernivåer.
• Bygga starka leverantörsrelationer, följa upp leveransprestanda och proaktivt hantera potentiella leveransrisker eller begränsningar.
• Samverka med team inom planering, produktion, logistik, kvalitet och kundservice för att säkerställa en effektiv leveranskedja och tillförlitliga leveransplaner.
• Analysera lager, leveranskedjans prestanda och verksamhetens behov samt ge rekommendationer för att öka effektiviteten, minska risker och stödja affärsmålen.
• Underhålla inköps- och grunddata i affärssystemet (ERP) samt ta fram rapporter som underlag för beslutsfattande och initiativ för kontinuerlig förbättring.
QualificationsKvalifikationer
• Kandidatexamen inom Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, företagsekonomi eller ett närliggande område.
• Minst ett års erfarenhet av arbete inom supply chain, inköp, logistik eller liknande operativ verksamhet.
• Erfarenhet av arbete i affärssystem (ERP) samt goda kunskaper i Microsoft Excel och övriga Microsoft Office-program.
• God förståelse för processer inom inköp, lagerhantering och supply chain.
• Stark analytisk förmåga och problemlösningsförmåga, med förmåga att tolka data och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter.
• Utmärkt kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga samt trygghet i att arbeta med både leverantörer och interna team.
• Ett proaktivt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt, samt förmåga att prestera väl i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or similar operational work
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
