Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for all ASML buildings, their infrastructure and facilities throughout their entire life cycle.

As a Competence Engineer in our CRE team, you will act as a subject matter expert and take full ownership of the performance, availability and further development of a critical facility or supply system within the technical building infrastructure at our Berlin sites in Neukölln and Köpenick.

As a Competence Engineer, you will:

• Assume operational responsibility in line with Business Continuity Management and ensure its implementation with external service providers.

• Monitor systems online to ensure optimal performance and continuously improve system operation.

• Define optimal system infrastructure for all existing and new buildings.

• Contribute to the development of global technical design guidelines and their adaptation into local factory standards.

• Validate conceptual designs, P&IDs, FMEAs, HAZOPs, requirement specifications, test plans and test results as part of project phase reviews.

• Specify user and technical requirements as well as acceptance criteria in technical requirement documents.

• Inspect technical installations, process error reports, follow up on recurring issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the respective field, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of norms, standards and legal requirements in building and energy engineering.

• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

• You are solution-oriented and a pragmatic team player who can translate complex challenges into actionable steps.

• You make confident decisions in complex situations, demonstrate strong organizational skills, balance different interests and build robust networks.

• You are strongly results-driven and take responsibility by ensuring reliability and delivering on commitments.

Als Ingenieur:in Gebäudetechnik/ Competence Engineer:in in unserem CRE-Team übernimmst du als Subject Matter Expert die volle Verantwortung für die bedarfsgerechte Leistungsfähigkeit und Weiterentwicklung einer kritischen Anlage oder eines Versorgungssystems der technischen Gebäudeinfrastruktur an unseren Berliner Standorten in Neukölln und Köpenick.

• die Betriebsverantwortung im Sinne des Business Continuity Managements übernehmen und deren Organisation mit externen Dienstleistern sicherstellen.

• Systeme online überwachen, um einen optimalen Anlagenbetrieb zu gewährleisten und die Systeme kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

• eine optimale Systeminfrastruktur in allen bestehenden und neuen Gebäuden definieren.

• bei der Weiterentwicklung von globalen technischen Designrichtlinien hin zu lokalen Werksstandards mitwirken.

• (Konzept-)Entwürfe, P&IDs, FMEAs, HAZOPs, Anforderungsprogramme, Prüfpläne sowie -ergebnisse im Rahmen von Phasenabschlüssen für Projekte validieren.

• Nutzer- und technische Anforderungen sowie Abnahmekriterien in Pflichtenheften spezifizieren.

• technische Anlagen prüfen, Fehlermeldungen bearbeiten, auffällige Probleme konsequent nachverfolgen und die Einhaltung aller relevanten Compliance-Vorgaben sicherstellen.

• Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einer einschlägigen Ingenieurdisziplin oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

• Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in dem entsprechenden Fachgebiet, vorzugsweise in einer industriellen Fertigungsumgebung mit.

• Du besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse über Normen, Standards und gesetzliche Regelungen in der Gebäude- und Energietechnik.

• Du beherrschst Deutsch ausgezeichnet und Englisch gut – jeweils in Wort und Schrift.

• Du bist lösungsorientiert und ein pragmatischer Teamplayer, der komplexe Herausforderungen in umsetzbare Schritte übersetzen kann.

• Du triffst souveräne Entscheidungen in komplexen Situationen, zeigst organisatorisches Geschick, balancierst Interessen und baust starke Netzwerke auf.

• Du bist stark ergebnisorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung, indem du Verbindlichkeit sicherstellst und Zusagen einhältst.
