Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ingénieur pour rejoindre l'équipe EH&S du site de Lauterbourg. L'équipe soutient trois installations de fabrication ainsi que les différents services supports.

En tant qu'ingénieur EH&S, vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui soutient la mise en œuvre du système de gestion EH&S, y compris les processus de travail, les normes et les procédures pour garantir la conformité réglementaire et environnementale, apporte de la valeur ajoutée pour atteindre les objectifs du site et maintenir la licence d'exploitation. Vous collaborerez également avec nos autres sites francophones pour partager les meilleures pratiques et interagir avec nos équipes fonctionnelles EH&S à travers le monde.

Vous devez être autonome, aimer les responsabilités et faire preuve de niveaux élevés d'initiative et de flexibilité. À l'aise pour travailler en petites équipes et prêt à apprendre des pratiques des autres, vous devez également être disposé à développer continuellement vos connaissances et compétences.

Responsabilités

  • Fournit un soutien EH&S aux installations sur site.
  • Veille à ce que les processus de travail, les normes et les procédures EH&S soient appliqués.
  • Conduit des programmes de réduction proactive des incidents.
  • Facilite/participe aux enquêtes sur les incidents EH&S.
  • Interprète et applique les réglementations environnementales et les normes de sécurité.
  • Développe et dispense des formations EH&S, réalise des audits, gère les changements EH&S et met en œuvre les programmes associés.
  • Apporte une expertise EH&S et des contributions aux efforts des usines pour améliorer la discipline opérationnelle et la documentation.
  • Met en œuvre des systèmes de gestion EH&S pour apporter de la valeur ajoutée à l'entreprise, atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et maintenir la licence d'exploitation.
  • Rationalise les processus de travail EH&S en développant/mettant à jour la discipline opérationnelle et les outils associés.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur, master ou licence en génie chimique, génie de fabrication, génie environnemental ou EH&S. Poste ouvert aux débutants.
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire
