El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación provee soporte técnico a nuestro clientes. Esto incluye apoyo para la instalación y configuración de proyectos, resolución de incidentes, análisis y generación de documentación técnica.
What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- * Participar en el diseño de soluciones de Hosting evaluando y considerando aspectos técnicos y económicos que permitan cumplir con las necesidades y estrategias del cliente.
* Elaborar documentos de ingeniería (Diseño de alto nivel, diseño de detalle/bajo nivel, lista de equipos y materiales, carta Gantt, diagramas) siguiendo los estándares de documentación de NTT o el cliente.
* Realizar charlas de transferencia de conocimiento (KT) según sea requerido.
* Realizar Rack & Stack de equipos en dependencias de NTT y/o dependencias de clientes.
* Implementar proyectos de Hosting, principalmente relacionados con instalación y configuración de plataformas de virtualización, incluyendo la provisión de máquinas virtuales.
* Realizar visitas y trabajos en terreno para instalaciones requeridas por los proyectos.
* Apoyar el proceso de identificación y solución de problemas.
* Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos técnicos.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
- Estudios de Ingeniería en Redes, Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica o afín.
- 5+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Certificación VMware VCP-DCV 2020 o más reciente.
- Inglés nivel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
REQUISITOS DESEABLES
- Experiencia en implementación o administración de plataformas VMware Horizon.
- Experiencia en implementación de proyectos que incluyan infraestructura hiperconvergente.
