Ingeniero Programador (Especialista en primavera)

Objetivo del Cargo

Planificar, programar, controlar y reportar el avance de proyectos, integrando cronograma, modelos BIM y necesidades constructivas para asegurar una gestión eficiente y estratégica de la obra.

Requisitos Excluyentes / Indispensables

Formación Académica

• Título de Ingeniero Civil (cualquier especialidad) o Constructor Civil
• Reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación de Chile

Experiencia

• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en construcción
• Al menos 5 años en planificación y control de proyectos en obras medianas o grandes
• Experiencia comprobada en obras subterráneas (túneles, piques, cavernas) y superficie
• Experiencia en proyectos multidisciplinarios industriales (estructuras, montaje mecánico, eléctrico, piping)

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Dominio experto en Primavera P6
• Certificación formal obligatoria (adjuntar certificado)
• Manejo avanzado de Synchro Pro y Navisworks (certificación deseable)
• Manejo intermedio/avanzado en:
• MS Project, Excel avanzado, Revit, Power BI (deseable)
• Experiencia en planificación con modelos BIM
• Capacidad para análisis forense de planificación y control documental
