· Conocimientos sólidos en Pintura, resanes y acabados
· Instalaciones eléctricas (Residencial y doméstica)
· Aire acondicionado. (Conocimientos de mantenimiento preventivo Fan&Coil, sistemas de Agua helada)
· Operación de equipos de audio y video
· Conocimientos en instalaciones hidrosanitarias y plomería residencial general
· Sistema de alberca (conocimientos operativos)
· Conocimientos generales en electrodomésticos
· Conocimiento en uso de y mantenimiento de equipo de protección personal
· Habilidad para mantener organización en sus herramientas y equipo de trabajo
· Habilidad de mantener organizadas sus actividades programadas
· Habilidad de comunicación para reportar seguimientos con la supervisión, elaboración de bitácoras y control de energéticos
· Conocimiento de estándares y procedimientos en materia de seguridad e higiene en el trabajo
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
· Mantener la correcta funcionalidad de las habitaciones y áreas comunes
· Inspeccionar habitaciones
· Revisión y corrección de iluminación y contactos eléctricos, ventiladores, lavabos, WC, duchas y tinas de baño
· Inspección y corrección de fallas en sistemas de audio, video y TV como DVD, PS3, etc. Retoques de pintura, resanes generales menores
· Mantenimiento a equipo de aire acondicionado de agua helada (Fan & Coil)
· Retoques, ajustes y reparaciones de carpintería
· Atención de reportes de funcionalidad en habitaciones y áreas generales
· Apoyo en actividades de carpintería
Skills Required
- Solid knowledge in Painting, Filling, and Finishes
- Electric installations (Residential and Domestic)
- Air conditioning maintenance (Fan&Coil systems)
- Operation of audio and video equipment
- Knowledge in plumbing and general residential plumbing
