  • Stop and correct unsafe acts or substandard conditions affecting safety, quality, or equipment integrity.
  • Ensure proper identification, management, and escalation of non‑conforming products.
  • Approve and audit first‑piece inspections and operational conditions.
  • Conduct Safetrack observations and close deviations with timely feedback.
  • Collect information and support incident investigations following escalation protocols.
  • Ensure execution of production plans and escalate deviations impacting schedule or continuity.
  • Guarantee continuous operation between shifts—zero minutes lost at shift handover.
  • Oversee basic equipment care, ensure work orders are raised and closed properly.
  • Support TPM, 5S, standard work, Quick Changeover, and other Lean initiatives.
  • Conduct LPA audits and ensure corrective actions are executed.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures applicable to the area.
  • Lead High‑Performance Teams (HPTs), ensuring problem‑solving, scorecard management, and maturity progression.
  • Manage staffing matters: vacations, attendance, exceptions, and payroll inputs.
  • Promote an inclusive, healthy, and collaborative work environment aligned to Clarios values.
  • Support training, certification, and development plans for all team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and follow methodologies such as Gemba, Green Belt, and rapid problem‑solving.
Expected Outcomes
