Educación y Experiencia

  • Ingeniero Químico, Industrial, Electromecánico
  • Ingles intermedio
  • Experiencia en implementación de herramientas de control de procesos y mejora continua.
  • 3 años de experiencia, preferentemente en empresas multinacionales.

Funciones del Puesto

Utilizar herramientas estadísticas para el análisis e interpretación de datos producto de los procesos, así como aplicación de técnicas de muestreo. Apoyar las operaciones de la planta con conocimientos especializados: eléctricos, mecánicos, de control, etc. Diseñar e implementar técnicas de estandarización (productos, procesos, métodos, entre otros). Ejecutar la introducción de nuevos productos, diseño de equipos y la preparación para su implantación. Garantizar que los procesos de fabricación estén alineados para lograr el producto final deseado (incluyendo cambios en los procesos de fabricación por cambios en las especificaciones de diseño, etc.) Implementar herramientas de Lean Manufacturing para mejorar los procesos de Manufactura. Colaborar con Productividad/CI para desarrollar e implantar planes de mejora. Supervisar la parte técnica de CapEx dentro de la planta y la ejecución de Capex, según sea necesario. Preparar, administrar y mantener las listas de materiales.

Habilidades    

  • Conocimientos de estadística (Control Estadístico de Procesos)
  • Conocimiento de Herramientas Lean Manufacturing (5S’s, SMED, Kanban, TPM, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Conocimiento de Herramientas Lean Six Sigma (Capacidad de proceso, varianza, estudios R&R, etc.)
  • Conocimientos de Normas ISO 900, 140001 y 45001.
  • Herramientas de calidad
  • Administración de la producción.
  • Recursos informáticos (MS Office, Project, Minitab, etc.)
