Your day at NTT DATA
El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación L2 es responsable de garantizar que los requisitos de las soluciones de los clientes se resuelvan de acuerdo con los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA).
Este puesto realiza configuraciones, instalaciones de acciones y atiende incidencias de rotura/reparación.
What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Participación en proyectos tecnológicos generando documentación técnica y de Ingeniería (HLD, LLD, BOM, Configuraciones entre otros)
- Participar en el proceso de change management (CAB) para asegurar la aprobación de cambios.
- Brindar asesoramiento experto sobre la arquitectura tecnológica de las soluciones de los proveedores y su alineación con los estándares de cliente
- Apoyar el proceso de identificación y solución de problemas técnicos de la especialidad técnica en conjunto con cliente
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos de cliente correspondiente a Tecnología.
- Realizar informes periódicos de capacidad de la infraestructura sobre servicio de redes y servicios críticos.
- Apoyar incidentes mayores entregar el apoyo necesario para la solución inmediata.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
- Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Eléctrica, Electrónica o afines.
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en roles de diseño de soluciones de conectividad.
- CCNA o CCNP, y/o Huawei, Juniper, Fortinet.
- Inglés nivel intermedio.
