Principales responsabilités:
En tant qu'Ingénieur Support Technique Bâtiment, vous serez le point de référence technique pour nos produits et leur application sur le terrain. Vous accompagnerez nos forces de vente et nos clients professionnels afin d'assurer la réussite de leurs projets.
Conseil et recommandation :
- Répondre aux demandes techniques en proposant des solutions de systèmes et de produits de peinture adaptés à chaque contexte de chantier.
- Fournir des recommandations personnalisées après les visites de chantiers, notamment pour les projets d'envergure, l'isolation thermique par l'extérieur (ITE).
Support aux forces de vente :
- Participer au contrôle et à la validation des dossiers réalisés par l'équipe commerciale.
- Contribuer à la formation technique de la force de vente pour renforcer leurs compétences et connaissances.
Gestion des réclamations
- Traiter les dossiers de réclamations amiables en étroite collaboration avec les directions commerciales, les responsables des ventes et les services internes concernés.
Veille concurrentielle
- Assurer une veille active du marché et collecter des informations pertinentes pour maintenir notre position compétitive.
Qualifications :
- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur ou formation équivalente, avec une spécialisation en produits techniques, normes ou processus qualité.
- Expérience souhaitée dans une fonction similaire au sein d'un environnement technique (industrie, bâtiment).
- La connaissance du secteur de la chimie et/ou du domaine de la peinture est un atout majeur.
- Solides connaissances techniques en peintures et/ou bâtiment, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des réglementations et des pratiques professionnelles.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, empathie et diplomatie.
- Rigueur, persévérance et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et matriciel.
- Bonnes notions d'anglais.
- Maîtrise avancée du Pack Office

Skills Required
- Bac+5 engineering degree or equivalent education, specialized in technical products, standards, or quality processes
- Technical experience in paints and/or building construction, including professional practices and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, synthesis, empathy, and diplomacy skills
- Rigor, perseverance, and ability to work in a demanding matrix environment
- Good English proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in a similar technical role in industry or construction
