Designs, optimizes, and supports manufacturing processes, including process safety, control systems, production troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and new product industrialization. Supports CAPEX projects through equipment selection, process simulations, material and energy balances, P&IDs, specifications, HAZOPs, commissioning, and startup. Develops operating procedures, trains production teams, investigates incidents, implements corrective actions, and drives Lean Six Sigma improvements in safety, quality, cost, and yield.

Responsibilities

Sécurité des Procédés & Conformité

· Participation au programme SMART card et GEMBA terrain (sécurité et qualité)

· Participer à l’optimisation des paramètres opérationnels

· Participer à la fiabilisation du programme PSM (Process Safety Management) en menant des études PHA, PSSR et/ou MOC avec les équipes internes

· Faire appel à des experts externes si nécessaire

· Former les équipes aux nouveaux équipements

 

Expertise & Support Technique

· Développer une maîtrise de la chimie des procédés et des équipements

· Comprendre et optimiser les systèmes de contrôle (infrastructure, régulation, dépannage)

· Agir comme référent technique pour la sécurité, la qualité et la performance

· Intervenir sur les problématiques systémiques et gérer les retours systèmes/formules

 

Nouvelles Technologies & Produits

· Travailler étroitement avec les services R&D, production et business pour industrialiser les nouvelles technologies

· Suivre l’introduction des nouveaux produits en collaboration avec la cellule pilote

· Suivre les nouvelles fabrications industrielles

· Développer selon besoin les dossiers d’ingénierie associés

· Déployer les standards techniques et les meilleures pratiques globales

 

Opérations

· Suivre et optimiser les procédés de fabrication

· Communiquer les modifications process auprès des équipes opérationnelles

· S’assurer de la compréhension des méthodes de fabrication et de leur application

· Rédiger des instructions et/ou SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) destinées à la formation des opérateurs de production

· Sensibiliser les équipes de production aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication

· Analyser les incidents de production en collaboration avec le contrôle qualité, identifier les causes racines et définir les actions correctives à mettre en œuvre

Amélioration Continue & Optimisation

· Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations sur la sécurité, la qualité, les coûts et les rendements

· Générer, évaluer et chiffrer les opportunités d’optimisation, incluant projets CAPEX.

· Participer à des projets Lean Six Sigma

· Suivre l’avancement des projets d’amélioration continue

· Contribuer à la vision long terme du site et au plan technologique

 

Projets d’Investissement (CAPEX)

· Travailler en collaboration avec le service travaux neufs pour la définition des besoins, le choix final des équipementiers et fournisseurs

· Aider à la rédaction des chartes et cahiers des charges

· Réaliser les livrables procédés en collaboration avec le service travaux neufs : simulations, bilans matière/énergie, mises à jour P&ID, spécifications, HAZOP.

· Accompagner les projets du design au démarrage

Qualifications

· Diplôme d’ingénieur, idéalement ingénieur en génie des procédés, génie chimique

· Engineer junior ou confirmé avec une expérience dans un environnement de production industriel, idéalement dans le secteur de la chimie

· Bonne maîtrise des outils du Lean Manufacturing

· Compréhension générale de la réglementation SEVESO

· Connaissance opérationnelle de l’ATEX

· Expérience en gestion de projets

· Excellent relationnel, adaptabilité et leadership pour fédérer les équipes terrain et accompagner le changement

· Maîtrise de l’anglais


La fourchette salariale définie pour ce poste est de 40 000 à 55 000 euros bruts par an, auxquels s’ajoute un bonus de 5 %.

Skills Required

  • Engineering degree, ideally in process engineering or chemical engineering
  • Experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in the chemical sector
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
  • General understanding of SEVESO regulations
  • Operational knowledge of ATEX
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and leadership to engage field teams and support change
  • Fluency in English
