Travailler avec les équipes de RF et de conception de puces optiques afin de définir les spécifications fonctionnelles des produits et d’intégrer efficacement les divers composants;
Planifier des designs d’expérience afin de s'assurer que tous les paramètres de conception critiques sont respectés, ceci en optimisant les coûts et les procédés d’assemblage dans un contexte de production à haut volume;
Monitorer, documenter et communiquer les progrès et soulever des problèmes potentiels pouvant avoir une influence sur la fonctionnalité du produit ou les dates cibles;
S’assurer de la création de la documentation appropriée;
Participer et organiser les revues de conception et assurer la documentation et le suivi;
Interagir avec d'autres groupes externes (mise en production et groupes d'opérations) afin de transférer les designs développés dans un environnement de production.
Exigences:
Vous possédez un baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique ou dans une discipline connexe avec un minimum de 3 années d’expérience en conception dans un environnement technologique et de développement de produits.
Joueur d’équipe avec une facilité à bâtir des relations solides dans un environnement multidisciplinaire;
Habilité à organiser efficacement son travail dans un environnement multitâches et dynamique fortement influencée par les échéanciers de développement de produits;
Vous possédez de la rigueur, êtes structuré et organisé, avez le sens de l’initiative et possédez un fort désir d’innover et de résoudre les problèmes;
Habilité à communiquer de façon claire (esprit de synthèse), proactive et en mode solution;
Les éléments suivants sont considérés comme des atouts:
Maitrise du logiciel de conception Creo;
De l’expérience en design de composants photoniques, optimisation de stress thermomécaniques ou design optique.
De l’expérience ou connaissances en analyse par éléments finis (ANSYS);
Connaissance approfondie des problématiques de mise sous boitier (« packaging ») de composant optique tels que des lasers et des modulateurs;
Couplage par fibre à des guides d’onde optique;
Connaissance des requis de fiabilité de l’industrie des télécommunications et des normes de qualification Telcordia;
Connaissance des procédés de fabrication de composants optiques.
Échelle salariale :
La fourchette de rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est de $63, 900 - $102, 100
