L’Ingénieur Commercial assure la vente directe de solutions de refroidissement liquide haute densité (HDLC) et d’unités de distribution de puissance intelligentes (iPDUs) auprès des clients finaux sur le marché européen des centres de données.

L’Ingénieur Commercial conjugue ventes rapides et démarche consultative, s’appuyant sur son expertise technique (en HVAC, électricité ou mécanique) pour proposer des solutions de refroidissement et d’alimentation en rack adaptées aux besoins immédiats des clients.

Il ou elle collabore étroitement avec l’équipe de développement commercial sur des projets de plus grande envergure et garantit la satisfaction des clients depuis le premier contact jusqu’à la phase de livraison.

Engagement direct auprès des clients:

  • Identifier et démarcher des centres de données d’entreprise, de petits fournisseurs de cloud, ainsi que d’autres utilisateurs finaux ayant des besoins en mise à niveau de refroidissement haute densité ou de distribution d’alimentation en rack.

  • Se déplacer sur site pour établir des relations et réaliser des évaluations précises des besoins en refroidissement et alimentation des espaces blancs.

Gestion complète du cycle de vente:

  • Prendre en charge l’intégralité du cycle de vente pour les opportunités– de la qualification des prospects à la négociation et la conclusion, en passant par la proposition commerciale.

  • Employer divers leviers commerciaux (prospection à froid, visites terrain, démonstrations lors de salons professionnels) pour atteindre, les objectifs de vente de produits tels que les unités de distribution de liquide, les échangeurs de chaleur à porte arrière et les iPDUs.

Vente de solutions à forte valeur technique:

  • Fournir des conseils à forte valeur ajoutée en traduisant les spécificités techniques des produits HDLC et iPDU en bénéfices concrets pour le client (amélioration de l’efficacité, augmentation de la capacité, optimisation de l’espace).

  • Grâce à une formation en ingénierie, répondre de façon experte aux questions pointues sur la capacité de refroidissement, l’intégration aux systèmes CVC existants, les charges électriques ou la gestion des réseaux de PDUs.

Collaboration sur des projets complexes:

  • Pour les opportunités de vente à grande échelle ou à long terme (telles que la création d’une nouvelle salle de données nécessitant la conception complète d’une boucle de refroidissement secondaire), travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Business Development Manager (BDM)et l’Architecte de Solutions.

  • Apporter un retour d’expérience pratique sur les problématiques client et contribuer à l’adaptation des propositions, tout en laissant la direction stratégique à long terme au Business Development Manager.

Gestion de la relation client et des comptes:

  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des relations avec les clients clés, et encourager la récurrence des affaires.

  • Surveiller la satisfaction client lors de l’installation (prise en charge par les équipes projet) et coordonner avec les équipes de service pour tout support après-vente.

  • Remonter aux équipes internes les retours clients sur les performances des produits ou les besoins émergents, afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

VOUS AVEZ:

  • Diplôme de niveau Licence ou équivalent en ingénierie (mécanique, électrique ou domaine connexe) fortement recommandé.

  • 5+ ans d’expérience en vente technique ou sur le terrain, idéalement dans le secteur du refroidissement des centres de données ou de l’infrastructure de puissance.

  • Connaissance approfondie du marché européen des centres de données et maîtrise des technologies de refroidissement (CRAC, refroidissement liquide) et de distribution d’alimentation requises.

  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de vente et à gérer des comptes clients.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en présentation, capacité à se déplacer régionalement, et parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais (la connaissance d’autres langues européennes constitue un atout).

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or related)
  • 5+ years technical or field sales experience, ideally in data center cooling or power infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of European data center market and cooling/distribution technologies (CRAC, liquid cooling, PDUs)
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to travel regionally
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of other European languages
