Après une période de formation complète et un accompagnement personnalisé, vous serez progressivement en charge du développement commercial de votre secteur.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants

  • Instaurer des relations de confiance durables avec vos interlocuteurs

  • Être le point de contact privilégié des clients pour leurs besoins et demandes

  • Participer à la prospection de nouveaux clients (appels, réseaux, appels d’offres)

  • Identifier les opportunités de contrats de maintenance et de travaux complémentaires

  • Construire et piloter votre action commerciale à l’aide des outils Otis

  • Participer aux négociations et à la conclusion des ventes

  • Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales et techniques terrain

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  • Diplômé(e) récent(e) (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en commerce, gestion ou domaine technique

  • Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en vente ou service technique est appréciée, mais non indispensable

  • Goût du contact client et sens du service

  • Dynamique, motivé(e), avec l’envie d’apprendre et de se dépasser

  • Organisé(e), persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats

  • À l’aise dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant
