This posting is for multiple openings of Infusion RN at ACC Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX. We are hiring for the following opportunities:
- Per Diem or On Call, Day Shift
***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to the Joe Arrington Cancer Research and Treatment Center (JACC) in Lubbock, TX.***
The outpatient Infusion Nurse has knowledge of oncology, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, knowledge and skills with port-a-caths, and all venous access devices. The Infusion Nurse applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings.

Required Qualifications:
- Nursing degree/diploma
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 1 year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 cancer-related CEs or OCN certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
- 1 year of oncology experience
- Chemotherapy administration experience
