Job Description

We are looking for a new team member for the role of Infrastructure Unit Lead
Location: Tbilisi,

In this role, you will:

** Define and execute Cellfie's infrastructure strategy and long-term technology roadmap.       
** Lead the modernization and continuous improvement of Data Center, Server, Network, and Telco Infrastructure.
** Coordinate multiple infrastructure teams through their Team Leads, ensuring alignment across the organization.
** Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, resilience, and operational excellence.
** Establish technology standards, governance, and infrastructure lifecycle management practices.
** Ensure infrastructure delivers high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
** Lead technology evaluations, vendor selection, and strategic infrastructure investment decisions.
** Partner with business and technology teams to deliver infrastructure capabilities that enable new products and services.
** Develop technical leadership across the Infrastructure Unit while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
** 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure leadership or technical management role.
** Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure teams through managers or Team Leads.
** Strong expertise in Data Center, Server & Virtualization, Network, or Telecommunications Infrastructure.
** Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and infrastructure security.
** Proven experience designing and operating highly available, mission-critical infrastructure.
** Experience defining infrastructure strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
** Strong knowledge of capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
** Experience managing enterprise technology vendors and evaluating technical solutions.

** Telecommunications industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Skills Required
