The Role

With a company culture rooted in collaboration, expertise and innovation, we aim to promote progress and inspire our clients, employees, investors and communities to achieve their greatest potential. Our work is the catalyst that helps others achieve their goals. In short, We Enable Possibility℠.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, familiarity with End User Engineering and IT Operations, and a proven ability to strategize and implement program initiatives. As a natural leader, this individual will demonstrate strong project coordination and delegation skills.

While this role will be posted externally as an Infrastructure Technical Project Manager for market clarity, the position is internally recognized as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) within our Infrastructure Services delivery model. This reflects the level of partnership with Agile Delivery Managers (ADMs) and engineering teams, as well as the cross-domain accountability expected in this function.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate:

  • Strong relationship management and customer service experience

  • Strong project management experience

  • Meaningful understanding of core IT services gained through hands-on experience

  • A balanced strategic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

  • A track record managing programs such as global end user upgrades, migrations, collaboration/chat implementations, service desk initiatives, or ITIL improvement efforts

This role will develop strong relationships with internal customers and work closely with Engineering teams, stakeholders, Domain Owners, End Users, and other IT Service Delivery Managers. The position is responsible for maintaining status across the overall project portfolio and ensuring the timely delivery of projects and releases.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and business sponsors, understanding their goals and shaping the technology roadmap to meet business objectives

  • Partner with business and technical teams to plan and prioritize projects, service delivery initiatives, and release content

  • Collaborate with leadership to envision, strategize, develop, and maintain the services roadmap

  • Strategize, implement, and manage program and project initiatives aligned to organizational objectives

  • Perform research, validation, and gap analysis to identify new opportunities for features, functionality, or services

  • Develop business cases including cost/benefit analysis, trends, competitive insights, risk assessment, service industry best practices, and timeline planning

  • Plan and prioritize services, features, and requirements from conceptual stages through full lifecycle delivery

  • Develop program intake and assessment protocols to support evaluation and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with IT engineering and operations teams to ensure consistent execution

  • Oversee multiple project teams; identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio

  • Work closely with initiative sponsors, cross-functional teams, and IT managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines

  • Develop and manage project budgets and ensure delivery against established business objectives

  • Analyze and mitigate program risks and produce portfolio reporting for leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working within IT organizations

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in product, project, portfolio, or program management

  • Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network expertise, including experience with Azure or AWS, modern cloud-era infrastructure services, network technologies, and identity/collaboration platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem

  • Exposure to AI concepts and modern infrastructure architecture patterns (versus legacy, data center-only environments)

  • Exceptional project leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Experience communicating effectively with end users

  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and change management principles

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and evolving environment

  • Broad understanding of usability and user experience best practices

  • Experience delivering enterprise-class software or infrastructure solutions to a global audience

  • Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
