Infrastructure Support Engineer - AWS

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer (AWS), you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing cloud infrastructure to support critical business operations. The team work closely with development teams, DevOps, and system administrators to ensure seamless cloud functionality.

Your future role within QRT  

• Maintain a highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex AWS infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Develop scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other automation tools.
• Monitoring and optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness of cloud
• Collaborating with development teams to support deployment and operation of applications on AWS.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's cloud infrastructure.

Your present skillset 

• Extensive experience with AWS, including experience with EC2, S3, VPC, and other core services.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
• Ability to diagnose software errors, AWS configuration issues, and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with working and troubleshooting with Windows and Linux OS administration.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex cloud issues independently.
