Job Description
Monitors and supports highly critical, high-availability health system infrastructure that supports enterprise systems and applications. Collaborate with senior engineering, network and data center operations, project management, and service desk teams to provide operational support for assigned systems within established timelines. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Cloud. Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, and foundational compliance concepts is highly preferred. The engineer should also demonstrate experience implementing and using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, and participating in on-call rotation. Primary responsibilities include the operations and management of backend Windows, Citrix, and VMware platforms. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineering and application teams to deploy, support, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
Highly PReferred Skills/Experience:
Performs monitoring, patching, backup and restore, and incident and problem management for Citrix and VMware workloads running in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Provides strong hands-on administration and support for VMware vSphere/vCenter and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including provisioning, capacity management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in enterprise Windows server environments.
Supports Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, profile management, and application and desktop publishing in multi-site Windows server environments.
Proven knowledge of End User Compute and Microsoft Technologies: Citrix, VMware, Windows Server, Windows Desktop and Active Directory
Practical knowledge of Cloud technologies like GCP
Knowledge of Netscaler GSLB implementation

- Coordinates and provides technical assistance, and software upgrades for supported infrastructure.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
