Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Senior Technical Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
Duties: Improve productivity and competitiveness of the business through initiatives that require technology transformation. Actively participate in the OpenShift Migration and run End of Vulnerability and Security Support (EOVS) for applications to mitigate Cyber security risk, improve productivity, minimize stability risk, and improve scalability by auto-upgrading to the latest available versions. Leverage the ECS-Cloud infrastructure system to control the inventory for the ECS for each application by business department and provide several utilization reports of the environment letting the team know to release any unused capacity. Provide third-party images into Citi post-Cyber security scans and upload binaries and docker images to Citi Artifactory, while setting up a dedicated ECS cluster. Facilitate lightspeed/CI-CD pipelines and strategic software stacks to improve automation of build and deployment. Integrate ECSCloud infrastructure for business rules automation using BPM tools and platform orchestration process which allows developers to design, automate, and improve processes. Provide development ECS-Cloud infrastructure for Kafka to migrate from point-to-point messaging design to Enterprise messaging bus with Publisher/Subscriber architecture model. Assist in minimizing redundancy and improve messaging productivity for real-time business processing. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation creating end-to-end pipeline automation for infrastructure deployment. Five (5) years of experience must include: Evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability for digital transformation initiatives by evaluating new tools, technologies, and processes; Performing continuous integration and delivery of applications on Kubernetes/Openshift using deployment and configuration management tools including Bitbucket, CI-CD pipelines, Jenkins, Tekton, and Harness; Utilizing Prometheus and Grafana for logging and monitoring web-services (REST), APIs, and Cyber Security tools including Sonar, Black duck, and Fortify; Utilizing Private (on-Premises)/Public Cloud (AWS) platform architecture, Openshift, and DevOps tools to build and deliver scalable, highly-available platforms for application development; Maintaining Cloud services and platforms for scalability, resiliency, security, and performance while maintaining configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the infrastructure components of the applications; Delivering ECS-Cloud Platform demand and capacity delivery for applications; and Utilizing Cloud Formation or Terraform for infrastructure automation. 40 hrs./wk. 10% domestic travel required.
