The Role

Join the Mizuho team as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator!

The Infrastructure Project Coordinator is a centralized resources to support both in an administrative and project specific support role. They will facilitate meetings, minutes, and creation of presentation documentation in support of project managers. Additionally they will be responsible for any centralized management of orders, invoices, resource onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders as needed
  • Support project management team in creation of presentations and maintenance of tracking sheets
  • Provide centralized order placement on behalf of PMs and project owners
  • Track and engage vendors as well as accounting team on invoicing issues
  • Provide centralized resource onboarding and maintenance for large scale projects
  • Manage and report upon centralized PMO tools including resource management

The expected base salary ranges from $65k-$110k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
