Description of Duties:
- Designing network infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on manufacturer standards and best practices
- Remotely manage the installation of network infrastructure equipment including switches, routers, wireless, and security appliances at client sites
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities
- Create and maintain network diagrams and other supporting documentation
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once
Qualifications:
- Degree or Certification in IT-related field
- Minimum 5years of relevant experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.
- Infra-Network candidates must have passed both the CCIE written as well as the lab. CCIE Certification is mandatory.
- Cisco CCNP or CCNA certification
- Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE) - added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies and dynamic routing protocols
- Cisco monitor experience
- Logic-M-Meraki Wireless LAN Experience
- Cisco & Meraki SD-WAN Experience
- Cisco Identity Services Engine Experience
- IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills
