Position Overview
In this role, you will contribute to the Evernorth Big Data Teradata Services team and primarily support the Teradata Database structures. This is a hands-on position with visibility to the highest levels of Evernorth℠ management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest technologies and development techniques
Job Overview:
This role provides counsel and advice to management on significant Infrastructure matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Serves as the lead Sr. Advisor responsible for managing database structure of information technology solutions. Leads the analysis and implementation of engineering infrastructure solutions of projects and/or work requests for complex business solutions.

< >Provide support for big data Teradata database structures. Provide support on several Operating Systems - Windows O/S, Linux - Working & Troubleshooting Knowledge Provide product and scripting support using PowerShell, Python, PHP, PERL, VBScript Maintain documentation for configurations, scripts, and processes for future reference. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Collaborate with Networking team to support TCPIP, Firewalls, Routers, DNS, Gateways, load balancing. Provide Cloud Technology Support for AWS, Azure, Object Storage, Block Storage, Virtual Machines
Qualifications:
Education:
< >Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.3-5 years of experience
Skills:
< >Proven experience with RDMS DBA Concepts - Teradata, Oracle, MySQL Solid grasp of Database Utilities - BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, Teradata SQL Assistant, • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Experience with Teradata Tools - Teradata SQL Assistant, Teradata Studio, Viewpoint Prior experience required in Performance Tuning, Collecting Statistics, Data Analysis, Metric Reporting Excellent teamwork and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior experience required in IT Service Management - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, ITIL Strong vendor management skills and performance turning required.
