ABOUT THE POSITION
IT Infrastructure Engineer at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: build, operate, improve, and secure a reliable infrastructure platform that can keep up with BURGA’s growth. You’ll work closely with our IT, Data, and MES teams, taking ownership of complex infrastructure challenges and driving projects that will shape our technical environment in 2026 and beyond.

SALARY: 4600 - 5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.

Skills Required
- Solid hands-on Linux administration experience in a production environment
- Production experience administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes
- Experience with Proxmox, VMware, or a similar virtualization platform, including VM lifecycle management and SAN, ZFS, iSCSI, or NFS-backed storage
- Experience with GitOps and continuous delivery tooling such as ArgoCD, Flux, or similar, plus Helm chart management
- Practical experience with enterprise networking and firewalls, including VLANs, routing, TLS termination, ingress, and reverse proxies
- Experience operating monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Ability to automate and build tooling using Python or Bash
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar
- Comfort taking ownership of on-call and production incident response
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving reliability and security
- Experience with Talos Linux or another immutable operating system
