Build and improve monitoring and backup solutions (OpManager), develop log data pipelines with Elastic/ELK, enhance data quality and documentation, integrate with CMDB and ticketing, manage vendor relationships, and represent the team to stakeholders.

In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
• Strong experience with OS operations (Linux) and automation (Ansible)
• Strong collaboration skills and flexibility needed
• Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes
• Proven experience working as a IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
• Strong experience with OS operations (Linux) and automation (Ansible)
• Strong collaboration skills and flexibility needed
• Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes
