Our forward deployed teams combine AI capabilities with product and software engineering to deliver outcomes that survive real users, real data, and real constraints. Stack and model agnostic: we fit the solution to the need.

We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer who will not only take care of day-to-day infrastructure operations but is also genuinely enthusiastic about learning, growing, and deepening their programming skills.

What you'll do:

  • Full inventory support for hardware and software (including managing suppliers, warranty, assets, MDM management, onboarding, offboarding);
  • Provide first- and second-line support to the team, both on-site and remotely;
  • Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions (joiners, movers and leavers);
  • Maintain and monitor office networks: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi and VPN;
  • Apply security basics in practice: MFA, patching and updates, endpoint protection, least-privilege access, backups;
  • Set up and follow monitoring and alerting, and respond to incidents;
  • Improve existing IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and reporting;
  • Spot repetitive manual work and automate it with scripts and tools.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of hands-on IT administration or support experience;
  • Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / InTune  administration;
  • An understanding of what a secure, well-run mid-sized office looks like: devices, network, accounts and access;
  • Experience with managing Wi-Fi and firewall (Ubiquiti (UniFi) is a plus);
  • Awareness of security frameworks or standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS);
  • Experience with Windows and/or macOS administration;
  • Interest in programming and automation. Python is ideal, and TypeScript is welcome too. You don't need to be a developer yet, but you shouldn't be afraid of code;
  • An open, curious attitude towards AI and a willingness to use it in daily work;
  • Good English, spoken and written;
  • An analytical, rational approach to problem-solving;
  • Scripting with PowerShell or Bash; basic Git (nice to have).

Who you are:

  • Proactive. You fix things before they break and don't wait to be asked;
  • Curious. You want to understand how things work and how to make them better;
  • An owner. You take responsibility for your area from start to finish;
  • A simplifier. You prefer clear, simple solutions to complex ones;
  • Transparent. You communicate openly, document what you do, and flag problems early;
  • At home in a dynamic environment. Changing priorities energise you rather than stress you;

What we offer:

  • Salary of €1,700–2,800 gross per month, depending on experience;
  • Annual performance bonus;
  • Additional health insurance;
  • A clear growth path from IT administration towards automation and software development;
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 remote;
  • Based in Kaunas, with one day a week at our Vilnius office (travel covered).

Skills Required

  • At least 1 year of hands-on IT administration or IT support experience
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Entra ID administration experience
  • Intune administration experience
  • Understanding of secure, well-run mid-sized office infrastructure, including devices, networks, accounts, and access
  • Experience managing Wi-Fi and firewalls
  • Awareness of ISO 27001, NIS2, or CIS security frameworks and standards
  • Experience administering Windows and/or macOS
  • Interest in programming and automation
  • Python knowledge or willingness to develop Python skills
  • Willingness to use AI in daily work
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Analytical and rational problem-solving approach
  • PowerShell or Bash scripting experience
  • Ubiquiti UniFi experience
  • TypeScript experience
  • Basic Git experience
