The Infrastructure - Citrix Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for operating, maintaining, and continuously developing the global Citrix environment across Radiometer and associated OpCos.
This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations and is part of the Global IT Server Operations team located in Stargard or Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own and operate the global Citrix (desktop virtualization) platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
- Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support across Citrix and core infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Drive daily operations, including incident prioritization, monitoring, KPI tracking and reporting as part of the global IT team
- Manage external Citrix vendors and partners, including performance governance and escalations
- Continuously improve and evolve the platform through optimization, automation, and roadmap execution, while maintaining up-to-date documentation
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
- 5 - 7 years experience working with IT End-user and Citrix technologies
- Expert-level Citrix skills, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Fluent in English.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10 days per year
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience from working in an international organization.
- Experience working in a Meditech or Pharma company.
- Broad experience with End-User Computing solutions (e.g. Intune, Windows, M365).
