Role Description

  • Corporate Bank & Branch Operations is the engine room of the Corporate Bank, delivering services to our clients every day across all products
  • The Strategy & Change Team for Europe Branch Operations is responsible for coordinating and driving transformation and change initiatives across the region, working closely with local country teams and global stakeholders to improve efficiency, resiliency, and client service

Your key responsibilities

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for coordinating the Europe Branch Operations Change Book of Work, including structural optimization and automation initiatives
  • You work closely with Operations teams across 14 European countries, as well as with key stakeholders from the global CB & Branch Operations organization
  • You challenge the status quo through structured deep-dives, identifying and developing solutions to complex operational problems across all CB products (Cash, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services)
  • You design and support the implementation of business solutions to automate manual processes across European countries
  • You partner globally with internal stakeholders, including Product Change Leads and Technology teams, to drive sustainable and scalable change

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Technology or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate Banking environment within a financial institution
  • Proven project management skills, strong proficiency in MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel), and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with full professional fluency in English
  • High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience, and personal initiative to drive change, with a strong drive to deliver change in a complex environment
