We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale IT infrastructure platforms. The ideal
candidate will possess deep expertise across systems engineering, Linux,
storage, networking, security, and compute infrastructure, with the ability to
architect highly available, scalable, and high-performing environments.
This role requires a hands-on architect who can evaluate business requirements, design robust infrastructure solutions, and guide implementation
across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Kubernetes expertise is
essential as part of the modern infrastructure stack, though the role extends
well beyond container orchestration.

implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure architectures. -
Develop infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Architect solutions across compute, storage, networking, security, and application hosting layers. - Design highly available and disaster-resilient
infrastructure environments.
Systems
Engineering - Lead the design and deployment of Linux-based infrastructure
platforms. - Architect and optimize enterprise-grade systems including: - Database platforms - Storage platforms - Caching systems - Web and application tiers - Middleware infrastructure - Ensure
infrastructure reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational
efficiency.
Performance
Engineering - Conduct infrastructure assessments and capacity planning
exercises. - Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across infrastructure layers. - Lead performance tuning initiatives for operating
systems, databases, storage, networking, and applications. - Establish
performance benchmarks and operational metrics.
Kubernetes & Modern Platforms - Design and support Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized workloads. - Define
deployment, scalability, security, and operational best practices for
Kubernetes environments. - Integrate Kubernetes with enterprise infrastructure
services and monitoring platforms.
Security &
Governance - Design infrastructure solutions aligned with security and
compliance requirements. - Implement infrastructure hardening, access controls, and network security best practices. - Collaborate with security
teams to address vulnerabilities and operational risks.
Technical Leadership - Provide architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams. - Review infrastructure designs and implementation
plans. - Mentor engineers on infrastructure best practices and modern platform
technologies. - Participate in technology evaluations and infrastructure
modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
field. - 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure
engineering, or architecture roles. - Strong expertise in Linux operating
systems and infrastructure administration. - Deep understanding of compute,
storage, networking, and security technologies. - Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale infrastructure environments. - Strong expertise
in infrastructure architecture and systems design. - Experience designing and
implementing: - Database platforms - Storage systems - Caching solutions - Web
and application infrastructure - High-availability and disaster recovery
solutions - Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP,
routing, DNS, load balancing, VPNs, and firewalls. - Expertise in infrastructure performance analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning. - Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis
skills. - Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience
with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with
Infrastructure as Code and automation tools. - Knowledge of container technologies and cloud-native architectures. - Experience with monitoring,
observability, and logging platforms. - Industry certifications in Linux,
Kubernetes, cloud technologies, or infrastructure architecture.
