  • Experience in configuring DNS, NTP, Proxy, etc, for MQ workstations.
  • Consultant for questions regarding infrastructure, compatibility, backup, and configuration issues  
  • Provide strategy for immediate and future upgrades/patching of hardware and software applications   
  • Providing supporting documentation for validation and testing of upgrades   
  • Drive the validation of new and existing systems by providing technical design information to assure GMP data integrity   

 


As an Infrastructure Integrator your main function is leading the efforts to successfully implement and support the LP1 site infrastructure including but not limited to business and manufacturing workstations, peripherals, printers, telecom, and others. The role will support multiple business groups such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Technical services/Manufacturing Science. The resource will also participate in ad-hoc site infrastructure projects and ensure enterprise and organizational cybersecurity practices are followed.  Finally, this role is also expected to implement and manage service management for the tech infrastructure at Client site, including driving efforts for periodic service reviews, with the intent to drive continuous service improvements.
