UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Manage and execute SIT, UAT and Production deployments for Customer Mgmt and Credit Origination applications across countries
Perform infrastructure setup, configuration, and validation for testing and production environments.
Provide support for maintenance activities including upgrades, patch management, and capacity enhancements for Customer Mgmt and Credit Origination applications across countries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during SIT and UAT testing phases.
Maintain and enhance the testing environment by developing and managing automated monitoring scripts and tools.
Support and troubleshoot SIT/UAT deployments leveraging DevOps pipelines and Aldon tools.
Collaborate with application development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment processes.
Document deployment processes, troubleshooting steps, and environment configurations for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to deployment schedules and minimize downtime during production rollouts.
Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the deployment and testing lifecycle.
Provide on-call support during critical deployment windows and address post-deployment validation issues
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies and audit requirements during all deployment and environment setup activities.
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments (installation, configuration, support).
Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines & release management).
Proven experience in Release Management and deployment coordination.
Solid infrastructure experience (Windows Server, environment setup, provisioning).
Windows Server administration (WebLogic, JBoss, SSL configuration).
Automation tools: Jenkins / Aldon / Ansible.
Scripting: Windows Batch, Groovy.
Middleware: IBM MQ, SFTP/FTP.
Good knowledge of databases, networking, and load balancers
Experience working in BFSI industry
