Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects focused on endpoint hardware and software deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
• Create strategic and operational plans, project briefs, and detailed timelines
• Work with teams across departments including operations, engineering, account management, strategy, and vendors
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in endpoint management activities
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 5+ years in project management, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, and project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel
• Communication: Solid written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination
• Leadership: Ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability
• Strategic Planning: Setting milestones and aligning projects with business goals
• Budget Management: Allocating resources and advocating for funding
• Communication: Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• 5+ years experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on endpoint devices
• Proven experience with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune)
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
