Job Description

Information Technology Support

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Rome, hybrid

 

Are you an automotive fan? Do you have experience in providing technical support to users for a wide range of computer-related issues? MSXI has the job for you!

 

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Information Technology Support to join our team in Rome.

 

The Role

As a Information Technology Support, you will be actively partnering with team members, regional stakeholders, and local markets and you will play a key role in delivering technical support.

 Your key tasks will be:

  • Manage incoming incidents and requests regarding problems with account, desktop functionality, network connectivity and application support
  • Maintaining continuous upkeep and improvement of local IT infrastructure, comms rooms, workstations
  • Identifying, analysing, troubleshooting issues
  • Recommend solutions to users to resolve their problem, help them implement the solution
  • Update knowledge base with process change
  • Support the implementation of new services to improve overall user satisfaction

Qualifications

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Information Technology Support has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics or similar experience, as well as: 

 

  • 1-3 years of proven working experience with Support Operations Microsoft and Office 365, Windows Environments
  • Solid knowledge of A+, N+ and ICDL
  • English knowledge
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to take initiative to work independently
