We are looking to add an Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator I to our team. In this position, you will provide frontline technical support for the Company's information technology environment by assisting with hardware, software, and end-user technology needs that enable day-to-day business operations. This role contributes to reliable IT service delivery by resolving routine technical issues, supporting technology deployments, and maintaining technology assets in accordance with established procedures.
Working closely with Information Technology team members and end users, this role supports IT support activities, device provisioning, system maintenance, and service requests while developing foundational technical knowledge and delivering responsive customer service.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve first-level technical issues across computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and business applications.
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot routine hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate Information Technology team members.
- Document service requests, resolutions, and support activities within the IT service management system.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of computers, peripheral devices, and standard software.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing technology equipment and user accounts.
- Maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and technology assets.
- Perform routine equipment setup, replacement, and relocation activities.
- Assist with routine system maintenance, software updates, and endpoint support activities.
- Support basic user account administration and password reset requests.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational records.
- Follow Information Technology policies, procedures, and security practices while supporting technology operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree, formal occupational training, technical certification, or equivalent education in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in information technology support, help desk, desktop support, customer support, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of information technology support principles and customer service practices.
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and business productivity applications.
