What You Will Do:
Support interfaces connecting to the PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), and PI Vision servers; support the High Availability architecture of the PI environments; and develop PI AF calculations and event frames.
Define and configure templates and solution hierarchies for PI AF, and support and resolve connection, performance, and various data flow issues.
Collaborate with PI team members to ensure application support and service requests are met and demonstrate a strong understanding of PI Data Historian (AVEVA PI) best practices, standards, and operating procedures.
Prepare and maintain documentation as per Enbridge standards and be part of the 24x7 support team on call rotation.
Work with support functions for the coordination of meetings and the setup and rollout of projects or systems and interact with members of multiple cross-functional teams to develop, review, and implement transition, related reporting, and metrics used to provide senior leaders and executive management insight into the performance of the business.
Who You Are:
A related university degree or a two-year technical diploma in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, application sustainment/support/development, and working with business partners and external service providers.
Experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations.
Good analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend issues, policies, regulatory requirements, and industry information, along with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance and weigh competing priorities with guidance from other team members and determine the appropriate course of action

On-call rotation for 24/7 support team.
