What We Offer
A full-time, two-year technology and leadership development program, designed to accelerate growth into future data and AI leaders within GE HealthCare.
Three, eight-month rotational assignments across GE HealthCare’s IT and Digital organization, centered around Data Science and Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI Engineering, Generative AI solutions, and modern Cloud-based data platforms and architectures, with a strong AI-first mindset applied to solving real-world healthcare challenges.
Hands-on experience working on complex, high-impact initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics, intelligent automation, predictive insights, and data-driven decision support.
Structured technical and leadership training to build your technology skills, business acumen, and innovation mindset.
Opportunities to participate in program initiatives, innovation activities, and cross-functional committees, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Who You Are
We are looking for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or related STEM fields, who are motivated to grow into future technology leaders. Candidates should bring basic experience of relevant experience (internships, research projects, part‑time roles, or early professional experience) in data, AI, software engineering, or related technical domains.

Has strong interest or foundational experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Generative AI, and Cloud solutions.

Pay Range
For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range: To be provided prior to the interview or at the offer discussion stage
