The role involves exploring new automation methods and understanding mechanical systems, while collaborating with various departments to optimize manufacturing capabilities. Key tasks include defining specifications and requirements with business users, improving monitoring and issue detection, and developing systems to meet business processes. The individual will work closely with both the Manufacturing and Development Teams to ensure quality assurance and data integrity, while also proactively identifying and proposing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, support for Site IT will be provided around the clock for any manufacturing-related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and operations.
• Define manufacturing configuration specifications and business analysis requirements together with business users
• Own and develop relationships with partners from various departments, working with them to optimize and enhance system capability to support manufacturing
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the business users.
• Identify, design, develop, and implement systems to meet business process requirements.
• Working together with the Manufacturing Team and the Development Team to perform quality assurance and ensure system availability & data integrity
• Highly innovative, able to propose creative ideas, and proactively identify opportunities to apply AI‑driven solutions across manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Always standby 24*7 to provide support to Site IT on any manufacturing-related support

REQUIRED: 

•  Master's/ Bachelor in Computer Science / Computer Engineering (minimum 2nd Class Upper)

PREFERRED:

• 3-4 years of working experience in an MNC, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures for high-quality automation software development
• We seek a candidate who is dynamic and flexible with high adaptability to changes and new technologies
• A good Team Player and learner
• Experience in Web Development with a strong portfolio showcasing both coding skills and UI design creativity
• Knowledge in Web/API development in the .NET Framework (C#, VB, .NET Core), SQL Server 2018 and above are mandatory.
• Knowledge in SECS/GEM & REACT JS  is an added advantage.

SKILLS:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with the challenges and complexities of the automation process.
