We seek a talented, experienced, high-performing, and motivated integration engineer with extensive knowledge of Salesforce to join our team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integrations between various systems and Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless data flow across different applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement integrations using integration tools, such as Workato/Make/MuleSoft, to automate business processes.
- Configure and customize integration flows, connectors, triggers, and map data fields and transformations to ensure accurate data transfer and synchronization across integrated systems to meet specific client needs.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert who can discover and demonstrate how integration solutions can effectively help companies with their business automation needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of integrations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful integration projects.
- Providing timely support to end-users and addressing any investigation and resolving integration-related issues and system anomalies.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing integrations using tools such Workato/Make/MuleSoft, including different protocols such as REST, SOAP, OAuth, and more- Must.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform – Must.
- Familiarity with best practices for handling high-volume data integration – Must.
- Experience with Workato’s connector development - An Advantage.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API development, and data mapping.
- Knowledge of any programming languages. Ruby preferable - An Advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be very well organized and able to work effectively in a nimble and fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem solver, creative, shows ownership and wants to see issues resolved.
- Ability to generate well organized documentation for his deliverables as well as using others documentation.
