Un aperçu rapide… L’ingénieur support IT (L2 / L3) fournit un support technique avancé sur les systèmes, l’infrastructure et les environnements des utilisateurs. Vous serez le point d’escalade pour les problèmes complexes, en garantissant la fiabilité, la performance et la sécurité, tout en évoluant progressivement vers l’ingénierie des infrastructures.

Ce que vous ferez…
-Résoudre et gérer des problèmes techniques complexes L2/L3 (matériel, logiciel, réseau)
-Surveiller et maintenir les systèmes, en garantissant performance et sécurité
-Supporter la gestion des identités et des accès ainsi que les environnements utilisateurs
-Gérer et dépanner les plateformes cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
-Diagnostiquer les problèmes réseau (VPN, DHCP, DNS, WiFi)
-Guider les membres juniors de l'équipe et améliorer le partage de connaissances
-Contribuer aux projets, mises à jour et améliorations de processus
Ce que vous apportez...
-Plus de 3 ans en support IT / administration systèmes (incl. expérience L2/L3)
-Expérience avec Windows, IAM, réseau, gestion des appareils et plateformes cloud
-Solides compétences en dépannage et analyse des causes profondes
-À l’aise avec la gestion des escalades dans un environnement global
-Communication claire et esprit orienté client
-Intérêt pour évoluer vers l’infrastructure / ingénierie
