As our Information Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing internal systems and business applications, with a core focus on the Atlassian stack (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.). You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve operational efficiency and support evolving business needs, while ensuring best practices in solution design, change management, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of company systems while managing daily support activities, troubleshooting issues, and planning long-term improvements
- Develop automation rules, custom configurations, and dashboards that enhance internal processes and user experiences
- Lead and partner with different cross-company teams such as Sales, R&D, Product, HR, Finance, and more
- Develop and maintain integrations, including flows and automation, using our IPaaS
- Support and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian systems in a corporate environment (including Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence)
- Experience designing and implementing Jira automations, custom fields, workflows, and permissions
- Experience with iPaaS solutions and platforms such as Workato, Make, Torq, etc
- Experience with business processes related to: Finance, Sales and Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks – an advantage
