Responsible for assisting with project completion including analysis, training, testing, documentation problem resolution, and implementation an application. Assists in training of new employees; testing of software upgrades, customizations and software advisories; and monitoring reports from various automated systems.Job Duties:
- Maintains, upgrades, and evaluates medication catalogs and supporting tables for accuracy.
- Assists in the development, review, and revisions of department policy and procedures regarding automated equipment and technology.
- Assists with the testing of software upgrades, customizations, and software advisories.
- Assists with disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
- Serves as a trouble-shooter for all automation equipment.
- Creates instructional and reference materials and serves as an expert resource for computer operators on system functionality.
- Assists in data collection for problem analysis, including interviews of relevant personnel.
- Analyzes documents, files, reports, and other application related workflows.
- Prepares flow charts and system test data requirements.
- Organizes information in accessible project files and maintains tables and master files.
- Documents existing procedures, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
- Responsible for providing input into project plans and assists with the design of new or improved systems including reports.
- Assists with planning, testing, and documenting application upgrades.
- Assists in the development of user, systems, and operations documentation.
