Repairs, moves, adds and changes, and installs small-to-large projects and performs preventative maintenance on unified communication systems and related applications. Provides technical design, implementation, and validation services for infrastructure technologies. Designs systems integration and monitors systems performance ensuring optimum operations. Provides technical guidance and support to Information Services (IS) personnel. Provides requirements for network engineering, implementation, and operations.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
Associate's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Cisco Call Manager and Cisco
Unity Voicemail
NEC VOIP
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of multi-unified communication and/or telecommunications platforms.
Working knowledge of Internet Protocol (IP) networking.
Intermediate knowledge of cabling standards and documentation maintenance.
Knowledge of automatic call distributor (ACD).
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, Information Services (IS) team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
Expertise with data quality issues.
Work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Working knowledge of overhead paging system.
Working knowledge of operator console.

Pay Range is $34.25 to $51.38 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
