Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Units to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks across DISH.
- Provide security consultation for enterprise initiatives, policies, and best practices.
- Educate teams on security requirements and improve compliance with standards.
- Participate in testing and monitoring of security and privacy controls.
- Lead security enhancement projects and publish executive-level security reports.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of directly related experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience in GRC with strong knowledge of SOX, PCI, CPNI, CCPA, and IT compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in NIST, ISO, eGRC tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience leading security initiatives, managing projects, and rolling out new controls.
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-driven work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Other Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar) is highly desired

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
